SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 5-15 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Custom engraved items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Canada: Standard shipping $30 CAD (Free on orders $150+). Delivery: 3-9 business days
- International: Standard shipping $80 CAD. Delivery: 15-30 business days depending on location
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes Beyond A Beaten Path is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages Beyond A Beaten Path is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can file a claim with the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office or carrier.
